2023 Package Details

Premier Packages – $2500

Team Jersey Sponsor (1)

Become woven into the fabric of our club as a premier sponsor! Package includes full jersey set (kit) embossed with your organization’s logo. Premier sponsor receives a framed replica jersey, additional replica jersey for wear, full banner advertisement on team website home page, and all benefits included with the Press package. Players typically also wear jerseys to school on game days.

Varsity Packages – $1500

Team Warmup Sponsor (1)

Get the Warriors warmed-up all season with the Varsity sponsorship package! Nike dri-fit shirts boasting our shield on the front and your organization’s logo on the back are worn by all players before games and on the sidelines. Varsity sponsor receives an autographed team photo in your shirt, two additional shirts for wear, badge advertisement on team website, and all benefits included with the Press package.

Goal Post Pad Sponsor (2)

Get your business on the field during every home match with the goal pad sponsor package! Includes your organization’s logo or message printed on our square upright post pads. Each package includes two opposite sides of all four pads (14”x 72” panels). Club pad sponsors receive an autographed team photo in front of the goal posts/pads, badge advertisement on team website, and all benefits included with the Press package.

Club Packages – $500

Team Rugby Ball Sponsor (2)

Looking for your business to score? Literally! You can with the team ball sponsor package. All training and match rugby balls are printed with your organization’s logo on one panel and our team logo on another. Club ball sponsors receive a team autographed ball, an additional ball for use, badge advertisement on team website, and all benefits included with the Press package. Sponsor interested in reserving both available sponsorships will receive logo on both ball panels.

Player Scholarship Sponsor (2)

Support the career aspirations of our graduating team leaders by sponsoring our annual senior scholarships! Each year the Warriors award senior recipients are selected on the criteria of leadership, tenure, skill, coachability, acumen, commitment, and career improvement. Scholarship sponsors are invited to present their award at our annual banquet (optional) and receive a team plaque and letter from the recipient(s).

Man of the Match Shirts (1)

Warrior players & coaches select who they believe to be the best player on each team after every home game and award them the ‘Man of the Match’. The selected individual is honored at the match social and presented a shirt inscribed with the moniker. These shirts become prized possessions of their recipients. Sponsor organization receives their logo printed on the back of the shirts, two shirts for wear, badge advertisement on team website, and all benefits included with the Press package.

Social Packages – $250

After Match Meal Sponsor (5)

Following rugby tradition, the Warriors host their opponent for an after match social following every home game. Social sponsors provide the meal for these events which offers local catering restaurants a unique opportunity to reach new customers including parents involved with other youth groups. Sponsored meals should typically feed between 50-60 high school aged boys, including all serve-ware for outdoor eating. Social sponsors receive an autographed team photo from your sponsored match social, inclusion on team sponsor webpage, personalized social media posts during match week, and all benefits included with the Press package.

Press Sponsors – $100

The Naperville Warriors have been a staple in the Naperville community for nearly two decades, and the longest tenured high school rugby team in the state of Illinois. Over that time the club has built a network of hundreds of alumni and supporters that receive official press releases before every major event and after each match providing our fans timely results and updates.

Press sponsors receive branding on the sponsor page of our website, press sponsor group mentions on social media, and inclusion on all PR material. PR material includes match programs, field signage, printed match schedules, and all team press releases for the current season. Press sponsorship is an inexpensive way to help the team meet their goals and get recognized for supporting youth programs.
